Commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). With the approval of the Party Committee, on March 5, 2025, Branches Cell 2 and Cell 3 of the Party Committee of the Center for Research and Production of Vaccines and Biologicals organized a journey to the historical roots at Tan Trao Historical Relic Site, Tuyen Quang Province.
This is an occasion for officers and party members of Cell 2 and Cell 3 to pay tribute to previous generations, review history and revolutionary traditions, and arouse national pride. Combined with this program, the two cells organized a thematic study session on "New Era – Era of the Nation's Rise", on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style, fostering pride and sense of responsibility in the work of each party member.
The journey was attended by the Center's Party Committee Executive Board, Party Committee members of Cell 1, and all Party members of the 2 Cells.
The first point of the journey was the delegation offering incense at the Memorial Area of President Ho Chi Minh and revolutionary predecessors at the Tan Trao special national monument. The delegation expressed deep respect and remembrance of the great merits of President Ho Chi Minh and his 14 students, vowing to study and follow Uncle Ho's ideology, morality, and style for life, promoting solidarity to overcome difficulties, and joining the entire Party, people, and army to build and protect a prosperous Vietnam.

Leaving the memorial area, the delegation continued to offer incense at the simple but ancient Tan Trao Communal House, where on August 16, 1945, the National Congress took place – a historic event deciding the General Uprising order, adopting 10 major policies, defining the national flag and anthem, and electing the Vietnam National Liberation Committee chaired by Comrade Ho Chi Minh. Returning to that landmark, Cell 2 and 3 respectfully offered incense, remembering the responsibility of today's party members in the cause of national construction and development.
After offering incense, Party members of the 2 Cells studied the topic "New Era – Era of the Nation's Rise" lectured by Party Secretary Nguyen Dang Hien.
"New era - the era of the nation's rising" initiated by General Secretary To Lam, refers to the phase of strong development and rise of Vietnam under the Party's leadership, aiming to build a prosperous and happy socialist Vietnam, standing shoulder to shoulder with world powers. This era requires breakthroughs in thinking, maximizing resources and development motives, especially the self-reliance, resilience, and aspiration to develop the country of the people, while enhancing the Party's leadership capacity.

After studying at Tan Trao Communal House, the Delegation moved to Na Nua Shack – where Uncle Ho lived and worked from late May to August 22, 1945 to prepare and lead the General Uprising. In the quiet space of the ATK forest, the Delegation respectfully offered incense, listening to stories about President Ho Chi Minh's simple lifestyle during pre-uprising days. Here, He once encouraged comrades to seize the opportunity for independence – the spirit "even if we have to sacrifice, even if we have to burn main the Truong Son range, we must resolutely win independence" fuels the will of every party member today.

Also during the trip, the delegation visited Pac Ta Temple, a historical relic of Na Hang, a mountainous district in northern Tuyen Quang province famous for its majestic natural landscapes and unique culture.
The journey to the source of Party Cell 2 and 3 of the Center for Research and Production of Vaccines and Biologicals brought very meaningful spiritual values and historical knowledge to the Party members. The trip left a deep emotion in every member about a heroic revolutionary period of the nation. It is also a motivation for each officer and party member to continue training political steadfastness, upholding responsibility, solidarity, completing professional tasks well; and spreading the spirit of studying and following Uncle Ho in specific actions.
