Polyvac was supported by Japan to build a measles and measles-rubella vaccine plant at 418 Vinh Hung, Thanh Tri, Hoang Mai, Hanoi, aiming to produce vaccines meeting WHO-GMP standards.

Therefore, from design and construction to equipment installation and production/testing lines, compliance has always been strict. Cleanrooms and equipment must operate accurately. To maintain this, Japan provided us with precision testing equipment for calibration and validation of machines, systems, and workshops, sourced from famous high-precision brands.
Calibration and validation are performed annually (some items every 6 months), maintained desde the completion of the measles vaccine production line. Key activities include:
Calibrating temperature, pressure, conductivity, and TOC sensors, and testing equipment to ensure production water quality; ensuring drying ovens operate accurately.
Equipment for particle counting, air velocity, room pressure, and microbial monitoring ensures cleanroom quality. High-precision sensor recorders validate instrument drying, storage, incubators, sterilization tunnels, and lyophilizers...
With staff trained by Japanese experts, years of experience in calibration and validation, and equipped with high-precision instruments from famous brands, we are proud to maintain workshop and equipment standards for high-quality, stable, and safe products.
