General Introduction

The Finance – Accounting Department is one of the key functional departments of the Center, managing all financial affairs, accounting, assets, and budgets throughout the unit's formation and development.


Always ready to support, share, and closely coordinate to complete assigned tasks. Simultaneously, the department serves as a strategic advisor to the Center's Leadership in asset and financial management.

Functions and Tasks

Organizing and managing the financial accounting system according to current laws and unit regulations.

Monitoring, controlling, and summarizing income and expenditures, ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective budget use.

Performing settlements, preparing periodic financial reports, and assisting Leadership in strategic financial decisions.

Advising on cash flow coordination, balancing production/business costs, and supporting the Center's investment and development activities.

Closely coordinating with professional departments to ensure production stability, meeting schedules and actual needs.

Participating in internal inspections, audits, and financial oversight as requested by superiors.
